2. Menu, prices and availability

Our menu is published from our kitchen's live records and updated regularly, but dishes, ingredients and prices can change and items may be unavailable on the day. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. Photographs are for illustration. The menu on this site is not an offer to sell; your order is placed with our team in the restaurant or through our ordering partner.

3. Allergies and dietary information

Dietary labels (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free) and allergen notes are provided in good faith from our recipes. Our kitchen handles gluten, soya, sesame, egg, milk, nuts, peanuts, crustaceans and celery, and we cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces of an allergen. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please tell our team before ordering so we can advise you.

4. Bookings and online ordering

Table bookings and online orders are processed by third-party providers on their own websites, reached from this site through our "Book a table" and "Order online" links. Those services have their own terms, which you accept when you use them. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

5. Forms and communications

Information you send through our contact and enquiry forms is handled as described in our privacy policy. Please do not use the forms to make or change table bookings. You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

6. Intellectual property

The Karamay name, logo, photographs, text and design on this website belong to Karamay Uyghur Cuisine or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including copying our photographs or menu text — needs our written permission.

7. Links to other websites

We link to third-party sites (booking, ordering, social media, maps). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
